One Self-Regulation Scheme
Proposals for regulating the Internet have been advanced over the years. The suggestions run the gamut from no regulation at all to forms of all-encompassing state control of the content and architecture of the Internet. Now an interesting variation of a somewhat middle road approach – that of self-regulation – has been advanced by a law professor from the United Kingdom.
