Greeting to my fellow liberals from outside the state. I am a former Okie. Now having lived in LA< Memphis, nyc and other notable places for 30 years.
I am truly glad to see that there are people in Oklahoma who think like me. That is…Imhoff is a total embarassment to all of us, and we need to take back our state.
That said, my prayers and hope for your peace festival.
More said, I have come here to get information on the political climate in Oklahoma. As a native of Marlow, Oklahoma and an OU grad, i remember the days that Carl Albert was speaker of the house and democrats ruled in Oklahoma.
With that in mind, every time I get angry at the war criminal who is our president, I offer to return to Oklahoma and run as a “real” democrat for Brother Albert’s old seat. And that is why I am here.
This is an exploratory entry into Oklahoma politics. I do mean to run. I shall return. I have seen good government and bad and I aim to run as the Huey Long of southern Oklahoma.
Briefly. I am for a “lving” minimum wage. Not the shit of $7.00 an hour that means nothing. I mean $17 an hour.
I also mean single payer National Health Care. End of story. Not the republican lite bullshit put forth by Billary and others.
And, i mean to lower the payroll tax on everyone making less than $80,000 a year. Tax the hell out of the rich…starting at about $400,000, but not taxing that group much.
It won’t work you say?
Well, what is working now?
But, just imagine. Business and individuals drop their taxes to a total of 3 percent.
Individuals make more money.
The rich pay more at first. But, we end the spiral of taxing the poor and we put money into the economy.
It’s called “remainder income.” The people who can spend have money to spend. They spend.they save. Jobs go up. Tax revenues go up.
The rich get more money from selling their crap. Then, their taxes go down and well…it’s called prosperity.
But, that’s just the start.
Google the “green corn rebellion.” And you’ll be getting close to the page I am on.
I’ll be running the 4th district. Anyone want to volunteer for the revolution…you are welcome.
By the way, I am not some rich dude who is just dropping in. I am a guy with experience running a business and very little money. I am an actor/director PR guy. I am an actor/write/house painter.
I will run on a shoe string. I will win.
And by the way. Where in the heck did this guy from the fourth district…this Cole … republican come from. He went to college in Minnesota? my God… has he ever walked the green grass of Oklahoma…
dude is going down….
end of stor…
you’ll see…i’ll need help, i’ll make mistakes…but i’ll be there..
another part of platform..
human rights for everone..
i believe in a woman’s right to choose..
respect and pay for native americans…
talk later…
only thing Oklahoma needs is a beach to surf…we’ll work on that later…
thanks…Kennedy Hayes…
